Yoga for Joy

Yoga to release the good in the body and open the mind to see the joy all around you. We will work through a set of 10 practices to activate the muscles, joints, and energy points.

  1. Relieve tiredness
  2. Lubricate joints
  3. Build muscle tone
  4. Increase clarity & contentment
  5. Find bliss. :)

Some of the stretches and strengthening postures can be challenging physically and mentally. Try to embrace this.

Challenge  is the path for growth.

Do your best to realize that you are as ready as you will ever be to come to your mat, and transform.
