Yoga to build skills- work with the yoga wheel to increase:
- Back flexibility
- Core strength
- Comfort upside-down
- Alignment upside down
- Control of entrance and exit from inversions
- Headstand
- Handstand
- Forearm stand
We will work with the wheel, blocks, and straps in a workshop environment to focus completely on the physicality of advanced yoga postures. However, advanced practice is not required to try it out.
